Lead Business Functional Analyst (f/m/x) – Process Automation Commercial Banking

We are seeking a Lead Business Functional Analyst to strategically shape the automation of our critical service processes and ensure technical requirements are meticulously defined for the BizBanking platform. As a key member of the Services Tribe, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for solution development and implementation.

Requirements

• Identifying the full range of business requirements and translating requirements into specific functional specifications for solution development and implementation
• Analyzing business requirements and the associated impacts of the changes
• Designing and assisting businesses in developing optimal target state business processes
• Creating and executing against roadmaps that focus on solution development and implementation
• Aligning with other key stakeholder groups to become the link between the business divisions and the solution providers for all aspects of identifying, implementing, and maintaining solutions
