Lead Engineer (f/m/x)

We are an essential part of the Bank’s technology platform and develop applications for many important business areas. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for a team of 6+ developers and provide technical leadership, design and delivery of key baseline components, and ensure software development follows best practice tools and methodologies.

Requirements

• Proven track-record of successful IT project delivery in a robust technology environment
• Strong experience within server-side development in Java, SQL, Search Technologies, Messaging Technologies
• Excellent personal organization, completer/finisher, consensus builder with excellent communication skills
• Extensive experience practicing TDD (Test-Driven Development)/BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) in a Continuous Integration and Delivery environment
• Thorough understanding of the wider Architecture & Technology landscape, emerging technologies
