The Global Leadership, Talent and Succession (GLTS) team is seeking a Leadership, Talent and Succession Process Specialist to drive talent-related projects and data analysis. The role will involve introducing, assessing, and reporting on leadership and talent data, driving the creation and analysis of senior-talent and succession insights, and overseeing end-to-end governance and data integrity for senior talent and succession processes.
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent
- 3-4 years of experience in HR operations/ HR analytics/ HR business advisory/ talent management/ HR process improvement roles
- Ability to handle, interrogate and present large quantities of data in Excel and convert it into clear reporting to support management decisions; strong experience with PowerPoint, SharePoint and Adobe also beneficial
- Significant experience with HRIS and talent platforms (i.e. Workday)
- Significant experience with Microsoft packages, specifically Excel
- Experience with data analytics tools such as Tableau & Power BI
- Experience with working in large, matrixed organisations and remote teams
- Experience with project management (ideally in a HR setting)
- Fluent in English
