Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
- ITIL knowledge
- Basic technical capabilities and infrastructure knowledge (e.g. Cloud Technology, Oracle database, Linux)
- Knowledge of COBOL, DB2, JCL, OPC
- Knowledge and experience in IMS-DB
- Experience with Incident Management, IT Service Management, DevOps process workflow, Change Management
- Experience with Compliance process
- Experience with tooling across the Software development Lifecycle/DevOps: Jira, Confluence
