Product Owner (f/m/x) for the Transaction Accounting tribe at DB Global Technology in Bucharest. Responsibilities include shaping the Transaction Accounting Business & Product vision, collaborating with global teams, and mentoring/coaching team members. 8+ years of experience required, with a strong background in finance and product management.

Requirements

• Work in close collaboration with Product Management, Users, Business, Architecture and Agile Teams
• Understand the needs and gains of our customers, the user journeys and be confident to present to stakeholders
• Define and shaping the Product Vision, Strategy, Roadmap and Backlog, crafting & elaborating the artefacts needed to create flow of value
• Support the improvement of the team mindset and skills by mentoring and coaching them on product management best practices and product thinking
