QA Lead Engineer (f/m/x)

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology centre in Central and Eastern Europe. The QA Lead Engineer - Vice President will oversee the SAFe Agile Tribe maturity model, lead a team of quality assurance engineers, and implement best practices in automated testing to drive efficiency and effectiveness in quality assurance processes.

Requirements

• Strong understanding & experience of safe agile – Tribe Maturity Model.
• Technical Expertise required for test automation tools and framework, cloud platform, CI/CD, performance testing tools, experience with the database and in scripting tasks and experience with Linux
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex software systems and develop testing strategies to ensure quality outcomes.
• Leadership Skill: Strong leadership skills to coach/mentor/enable a group of QA engineers to deliver the key KPIs at the Squad, Tribe or Domain level and developing a High Performance team.
