Regulatory Reporting Lead - VP

The Regulatory Reporting Lead is responsible for leading the end-to-end regulatory reporting function for Branch Operations, ensuring timely, complete, and accurate submission of all reports required by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), Bank Indonesia (BI), and other relevant regulators.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experiences in financial services with experiences in managing Bank regulatory reporting obligation
• Strong knowledge in regulations related to regulatory reporting requirements
• 8+ years of leadership experiences with strong leadership skills
• Strong analytical skills, able to demonstrate and take ownership on problem solving
• Ability to understand different business processes across products
• Manage complexity and ambiguity well with proven skills to take leadership in managing risk and control
• Strong experiences in driving various technology initiatives and implementation
