Job Description
We are looking for a Team Lead to lead a team of project leaders in the Private Bank Transformation project for Front-to-back Process Optimization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall development of digital processes and will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and operations teams to drive process improvements and optimize business outcomes.
Requirements
- Lead a team of project leaders to deliver multiple digitalization and automation projects
- Identify and develop digital process improvements in collaboration with stakeholders from operations, sales, and product development
- Develop and implement optimized business processes using KI and agentic banking, classical robotics automation, and other digital technologies
- Work closely with business architects and IT developers to deliver business requirements and implement solutions
- Develop and maintain a roadmap and reporting framework for the overall initiative
