Job Description
We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Tolling Services team at Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Hungary. The team specializes in electronic road-charging solutions, and we are looking for someone to help us leverage open-source technologies, maintain and improve deployment pipelines, and contribute to the open-source community.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, natural science, mathematics, business or equivalent work experience in IT
- 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience
- Experience with Apache Foundation projects
- Container orchestration with Kubernetes and/or OpenShift
- CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance
- Infrastructure-as-Code practices
- Linux system administration and shell scripting
- Monitoring and logging solutions implementation
- Version control with Git and branching strategies
- Automation and scripting
- Experience with cloud services and multi-cloud environments
- Understanding of security best practices in CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of database operations and data persistence in containers
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English
- Experience working in SAFe environment
