Job Description
We are looking for a Service Chain Operations Manager - Senior to join our team. The role involves planning and supervising the operating of services, coordinating delivery activities, and ensuring changes are implemented within deadlines. Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in operations management, good knowledge of IT Service Management, and strong interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- At least 3 year of Operations Manager experience
- Experience in process mgmt. or application administration
- Experience with operation and technologies (preferred)
- Good knowledge of IT Service Management
- Experience with matrix organisational structure
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office applications
- Good knowledge of MS Technologies
- Language knowledge: Business English and Business German
- Strong interpersonal skills;
- Good communication skills;
- Structural problem-solving abilities;
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret;
- Agile methodology knowledge
