Employee Central Compensation Specialist with lead role in HR HQ and countries for module Compensation. Responsible for implementation, data analysis, design solutions, testing, and training. Successful roll-out in 20+ countries required.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Employee Central implementations
- Experience in SAP HCM and vendor management
- EC Compensation know-how
