Project Manager for MARE

Project Manager role to oversee and drive successful execution of projects from inception to completion. The Project Manager ensures alignment with strategic objectives, stakeholder satisfaction, and quality standards, contributing significantly to the organization's growth and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Some experience in scrum/project management or a related role is preferred
• Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work under supervision
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
• German - Proficiency (B2)
• English - Upper intermediate (B2)
• Willing to travel abroad
• Effective communication and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Willingness to learn and adapt in dynamic environments
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• ICT background (Networking preferably); ITIL knowledge
