Senior Product manager for T-Cloud Public with German language

We are looking for a Senior Product manager for T-Cloud Public with German language. As Digital Learning Specialist, you will create learning paths for customers, partners and sales teams, and produce tutorials, guides, videos, labs and product explanations for OTC services. You will work closely with product teams to understand features and turn them into easy learning material.

Requirements

• Experience in content creation, instructional design or enablement for technical products
• Ability to simplify cloud concepts and describe them in a clear and structured way
• Understanding of OTC services or experience with other cloud platforms
• Basic understanding of ServiceNow CSM flows, forms and the behaviour of service requests
