Job Description
Site Manager (m/f/d) responsible for the technical implementation and final inspection of construction sites, ensuring quality and safety, and leading construction meetings. Responsible for legal compliance, coordinating external companies, and managing materials and equipment. Excellent German language skills and a minimum of a B class driving license required.
Requirements
- Certified polisher or technician (m/f/d) or a master's degree in civil or road construction, or civil engineer (m/f/d) or comparable education/studies
- Extensive work experience in civil engineering and road construction or comparable experience in garden and landscape construction
- Secure MS Office skills
- Knowledge of relevant regulations (DIN18300, ZTV, RSA21, VOB)
- Very good German language skills and a minimum of a B class driving license
