Dev.Pro is inviting a talented and flexible Project Manager to join their team and help deliver exceptional software development services for a renowned U.S. regtech and fintech company developing a blockchain-based infrastructure for financial institutions. The candidate will contribute to building a Web3 tool that collects and stores specified blockchain data off-chain to provide real-time insights into transactions, trends, and compliance for enhanced transparency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on IT project management experience
• Strong grasp of project management theory
• Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
• Solid understanding of Scrum (principles, roles, ceremonies, etc.)
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Bitbucket/Git, and Jenkins
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Good prioritization and time-management skills
• Keen attention to detail, concentration, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to maintain project schedules and keep team focus
• Flexibility, persistence, and strong negotiation skills
