Dev.Pro is seeking a Senior Project Manager based in Zagreb to join their highly specialized engineering team working on a critical financial transaction platform. The ideal candidate will drive project planning and cross-team coordination, ensuring reliable and timely delivery of a high-volume, high-performance payment orchestration system.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience in software development or fintech
• Strong skills in project planning, coordination, and delivery management
• Experience managing high-volume, high-performance backend or financial systems
• Risk, issue, and change management experience
• Agile/Scrum and continuous delivery experience
• Effective cross-functional collaboration with engineering, QA, and product teams
• Experience building strong client relationships onsite
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with reporting, metrics, and tracking project progress
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Upper-Intermediate+ English level
• Location in Zagreb or ability to commute to the office daily
