Job Description
Develop Health is on a mission to use AI to radically accelerate access to life-saving medications by automating complex healthcare processes. We're seeking an experienced Client Success Manager - Life Sciences to manage and grow partnerships with pharmaceutical manufacturers.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in a client-facing role within the pharmaceutical ecosystem
- Experience working with pharmaceutical patient access programs, hub services, or commercialization teams
- Strong analytical mindset with comfort using data to evaluate program performance and identify opportunities
