Executive Operations Lead

Develop Health is on a mission to use AI to radically accelerate access to life-saving medications. We’re hiring an Executive Operations Lead to build and run the operating system for our executive team.

Requirements

• 2–4+ years in executive operations, senior EA, chief of staff–lite, or similar roles at high-growth startups
• Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
• Strong systems thinking and operational discipline
• Excellent written communication and sound judgment
• Comfort operating independently in fast-moving environments
