Job Description
Under general supervision, performs lawn care, general repairs, and other maintenance tasks to ensure facilities are properly groomed and maintained.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education level
- 18 years or older
- Must be able to obtain and maintain certification in CPR/First Aid
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Blood Borne Pathogens, Systemic Instruction Strategies, Abuse/Neglect, HIPAA, Confidentiality, and Behavior training
- Must be able to obtain and maintain Class E driver’s License
- Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug test
- Must pass a background check including criminal record and driving record
- Ability to perform each essential duty and responsibility
- Basic verbal and written communication skills
- Adequate Time Management capabilities
