Requirements

• requirement analysis skills – analyzing, challenging, clarifying; being comfortable working with evolving requirements
• quality control fundamentals – test design, coverage and planning
• technical skills – tools, APIs, reading/reasoning code, databases, basic Linux/CLI
• hands-on experience with test automation – basic coding, pipelines, test pyramid concept
• SDLC awareness – understanding how testing integrates into delivery, CI/CD practices
• communication skills – ability to articulate issues and impacts, and reason the technical decisions clearly and concisely
