Role Overview

The leasing agent is the entry point and public face of our buildings, responsible for leasing apartments and achieving the company's leasing objectives by offering an exemplary customer experience throughout the process.

What You Will Do

Solicit potential clients, respond to requests, conduct needs searches, visit model apartments, have tenants sign leases, and ensure proper documentation and follow-ups.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in sales or residential leasing, bilingualism, a DEP, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Windows, Excel, and Outlook.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or residential leasing team
• Bilingualism (French/English) in oral and written communication
• Holding a DEP
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
• Mastering Windows, Excel, and Outlook
