Job Description
The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the company’s accounting operations and financial reporting while providing strategic financial insight to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
- CPA or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and analytical methods
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
- Experience with NetSuite; manufacturing, inventory, and distribution environments preferred
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and resolve issues effectively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop accounting staff
