MDS RN

We are seeking a Full-Time Minimum Data Set Nurse (MDS-RN) to join our healthcare team. We offer competitive wages, great benefits, and growth opportunities. As an MDS-RN, you will aid in conducting and coordinating the development, completion, and transmission of the resident assessment in accordance with state requirements and the policies and goals of the facility.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of MDS experience
• Nursing degree from an accredited college
• Current and unencumbered RN license in the state
• Knowledge of clinical standards of practice, regulations, and reimbursement governing long-term care and Medicare participation
• Knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care
