We are a 100% global company seeking a Remote Senior Candidate Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in recruitment, excellent knowledge of sourcing techniques, and strong organizational and communication skills.
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter
- Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases
