Requirements
- 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter
- Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
- Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
