Remote Senior Candidate Recruiter Moldova

We're looking for a Remote Senior Candidate Recruiter to join our 100% global company in Moldova. As a core team member, you'll partner with customers to design and customize hiring stages, source and recruit candidates, and promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter (preferable at a staffing agency)
• Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise (market status, trends, best practices)
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
