Remote Senior Candidate Recruiter Norway

We are seeking a Remote Senior Candidate Recruiter for our Norway location. As a core team member, you will partner with customers to understand their hiring needs and design custom hiring stages. You will also source and recruit candidates, perform pre-screening calls, and provide guidance to hiring managers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter
• Excellent knowledge of an area of expertise
• Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
• Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
• Experience evaluating candidates for various roles and seniority levels
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) recruiting software and candidate databases
• Solid organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong decision-making skills
