Job Description
We are looking for a Banking Sector | Application Support professional to join our multidisciplinary team of Cloud experts, Designers, Business consultants, Security experts, Engineers, Developers and other extraordinary talents. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Linux, proficiency in SQL, and professional experience with Python, Bash or Shell Scripting for automation.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Linux (RHEL 7/8, SLES, Ubuntu)
- Proficiency in SQL or equivalent
- Professional experience with Python, Bash or Shell Scripting for automation
- Proficient use of Dynatrace or other monitoring tools (e.g. Prometheus/Grafana/Zabbix)
- Solid understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes and experience with ticketing systems like ServiceNow or JIRA
