Join Devoteam, an AI-driven tech consulting firm, as a Senior Business Analyst to drive high-impact digital transformation projects and bridge business objectives with technical delivery.
Requirements
- Academic background in Business, Management, IT, Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/digital transformation
- Experience in the Financial Sector
- Proven expertise in requirement elicitation, process modelling, and functional documentation
- Experience with Agile delivery (Scrum, Kanban) and/or structured methods (BABOK, UML, BPMN)
- Hands on collaborative tools such as M365 (O365, SharePoint, Teams, Loop etc.), Azure DevOps (or alternative backlog management tool), MS Project (or alternative)
- Proven experience in a second specialization such as Project Management, Testing, Change Enablement, Data Governance, Presales or Advisory
- Fluent in both English and French
