Job Description
Devoteam Cyber Trust is seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer to implement cloud infrastructure monitoring strategies, solve problems, and optimize performance. The role involves designing and implementing resilient backup systems, developing disaster recovery solutions, and applying website reliability engineering principles. Responsibilities also include building and operationalizing CI/CD pipelines. The successful candidate will have a strong sense of ethics, integrity, and responsibility, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. The role is on-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
Requirements
- Cloud services such as: AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Linux operating systems
- Scripting languages
- Networks and protocols
- Configuration management tools and IaC - Infrastructure as Code - such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Terraform (preferable)
- Container technologies and management such as Docker, Kubernetes (preferable)
- CI/CD automation technologies such as Jenkins, Gitlab (preferable)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A liking for autonomous learning and problem-solving
- Excellent communication, writing, and oral skills in Portuguese and English (Compulsory)
- A strong sense of ethics, integrity, and responsibility
