Functional Analyst

As a Functional Analyst, you will work on projects at the forefront of the industry, leveraging recent IT-ICT developments and software development processes. Requirements

• A good grip on system engineering concepts, leadership qualities, technical knowledge, writing and verbal communications.
• Professional understanding of documenting solutions to listed requirements. Strong UML skills are a must have.
• Communication skills to translate requirements to the relevant parties, tactfully explain the need for change and respond to user needs in an adaptive or reactive environment.
• Able to take ownership on the functional test plan and assist the development team with the end-to-end tests and the business with the end-user acceptance procedure.
• Perseverance to keep up with the iterative agile process that is the development lifecycle.
• A strong sense of ownership and commitment.
• Understanding of Project management methodologies and agile approaches like: Prince2, PMI, Scrum is a nice to have.
• Some Knowledge in programming languages is considered a plus
• Scrum Master experience is considered a plus
• Fluent in Dutch and/or French (one of this language is mandatory) as well as a good working knowledge of English
