Ingénieur QA Automation (H/F) Senior Devoteam Nearshore

We are looking for an innovative and detail-conscious QA automation engineer to join our dynamic team in Rabat, Morocco. As a key member of our quality assurance department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure the highest quality of our software products.

Requirements

• Engineer or master's degree in computer science
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automated testing
• Mastery of automated testing tools such as Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, or TestNG
• Solid programming skills in languages such as Java or JavaScript
• Experience with continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD)
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Demonstrated experience of integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines
• In-depth knowledge of software development processes and testing strategies
• Familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, and regression testing
• Solid analysis and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Personal motivation and ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CFTL) are an asset
• Experience with large-scale projects or complex systems is highly desirable
