Job Description
Devoteam is seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead enterprise-wide digital transformation. As a strategic leader, you will design and implement solutions tailored to the organisation's specific needs, using your technical expertise and participating in the implementation of new ServiceNow functionalities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in a technology field
- At least 4 years of implementation experience in ServiceNow
- CTA or aspiration to achieve CTA
- Experience with scripting or programming (JavaScript, SQL, DB)
- Deep knowledge of CMDB and CSDM
- Project management skills
- Consultative approach and experience leading workshops with stakeholders
- Solid communication skills
- Fluent English
- Experience with organizing, coordinating, leading and managing technical work of 3-15 consultants
- Experience with C-level stakeholder communication and reporting
