Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation projects
• Experience in technical leadership or architecture of ServiceNow projects
• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
• Deep knowledge of CMDB and CSDM
• Experience with scripting or programming
• Experience in workshops, requirement analysis, and stakeholder communication
• Experience in leading technical teams
