ServiceNow Architect (m/w/d)

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation projects
• Experience in technical leadership or architecture of ServiceNow projects
• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (development, configuration, integration)
• Deep knowledge of CMDB and CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
• Experience with scripting or programming (e.g., JavaScript, SQL, databases)
• Experience in workshops, requirements analysis, and stakeholder communication
• Experience in leading technical teams
• Very good German and English language skills
