Job Description
Devoteam is a major player in consulting innovative technologies and management for companies. As a ServiceNow Senior Consultant, you will intervene on the implementation and optimization of IT Operations Management (ITOM) modules, deployment of key modules, and integration of ServiceNow with third-party monitoring and infrastructure management tools.
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or equivalent university degree (Bac+5)
- Minimum 4 years of experience on ServiceNow
- Confirmed expertise in ITOM (IT Operations Management)
- Experience in integration with third-party monitoring and infrastructure systems
- Ability to work independently and interact directly with clients
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Good communication in French and English (written and oral)
- CSA and CIS-ITOM certifications are mandatory
- CIS-SM (Service Mapping) certification is highly desirable
