Job Description
Devoted Medical is seeking a dynamic Physician Leader to serve as the Medical Director, Digital and Everyday Care. This role serves as the clinical dyad partner to the Senior Manager of Digital and Everyday Care Clinical Operations.
Requirements
- Board-certified physician (Internal Medicine, Family Medicine preferred) with 5+ years in clinical practice
- Experience leading and managing clinicians (NPs/PAs/MDs) in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of building or scaling clinical programs (0→1 experience)
- Comfort working with engineering, product, and data teams to translate clinical needs into technical requirements
- Experience with virtual care, Medicare populations, or digital health triage systems preferred
