Provider Network Manager

The Provider Network Manager role is a key position responsible for network development and management along with servicing for an assigned geographic area. The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in recruiting and managing provider networks, as well as negotiating and reviewing contracts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting and managing provider networks
• Negotiating and reviewing contracts with physicians and physician groups
• Thorough knowledge of contracting with integrated delivery systems, health systems, and ancillary providers
• Ability to analyze financial and performance reports and identify trends/variances
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
