Art Producer

Devoted Studios is a globally remote game development company specializing in Co-development, Porting, and End-to-End Art Production for the global gaming industry. We collaborate across time zones to support projects on all major platforms, engines and styles - from AAA titles to emerging technologies. As an Art Producer at Devoted Studios, you’ll act as the bridge between our clients (game developers and publishers) and our internal and external art teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of production or project management experience in the games industry.
• Strong understanding of 2D and/or 3D art pipelines — concept, modeling, texturing, animation, and integration.
• Experience coordinating with external vendors, outsourcing partners, or distributed teams.
• Excellent communication and organization skills — you can keep multiple teams aligned and motivated.
• A problem-solver mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, ShotGrid, Asana, etc.) and versioning/file-sharing systems (Perforce, Miro, Google Suite, etc.).
• A passion for games and art production.
