Job Description
Devoted Studios is a globally remote game development company seeking an Executive Assistant to CEO based in Los Angeles. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the CEO in sales, business development, and operations, as well as implementing AI-driven workflows and automation across the company.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in executive support, operations, or a similar high-ownership role
- Familiar with CRM tools, Google Workspace, Notion, Asana, or similar systems
- Based in Los Angeles and able to work on-site
- Experience in games, entertainment, or technology companies is a plus
