GM/Head of Studio

Devoted Studios is seeking an experienced GM/Head of Studio to lead their studio's direction, performance, and success. This role requires a passionate leader who can cultivate a culture where team members are excited about the impact on clients and the industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in game development and at a service provider, with a proven track record in strategic planning, business growth, and team management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a GM, Head of Studio or relevant role, with solid experience as a Project Manager, Producer and/or PMO in the video games industry.
• Strong tactical acumen, with the ability to foresee potential issues and create strategic plans to overcome them.
• Proven track record strategic planning and business growth.
• Driving operational efficiencies, quality and cost reduction.
• Developing and implementing effective growth strategies
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
• Experience with Big4 audits
• Experience with IT/Business infrastructure.
• Experience in recruiting, developing, and overseeing a performance-driven team.
• Adept at strategic decision-making and problem-solving.
• Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
