Devoted Studios is a globally remote game development company seeking an experienced GM/Head of Studio to lead the studio's direction, performance, and success. The role blends operational, creative, strategic, managerial, and business responsibilities.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a GM, Head of Studio or relevant role, with solid experience as a Project Manager, Producer and/or PMO in the video games industry.
- Strong tactical acumen, with the ability to foresee potential issues and create strategic plans to overcome them.
- Proven track record strategic planning and business growth.
- Strong revenue knowledge and headcount growth
- Driving operational efficiencies, quality and cost reduction.
- Developing and implementing effective growth strategies
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
- Experience with Big4 audits
