The Product Education Specialist role is responsible for creating delightful learning experiences that make complex concepts simple, intuitive, and actionable.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Computer Science, or related fields
- 1–5 years of experience in a customer-facing, training, education, or support role (SaaS preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- A proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment
