Requirements
- 10 years in overall technical roles
- 5+ years of experience in platform, infrastructure, or DevOps roles
- Experience in leadership or mentor roles
- Deep knowledge of Terraform/OpenTofu
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production
- Practical expertise with Argo CD or similar GitOps tools
- Proven track record of cost optimization in cloud-native environments
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, monitoring, observability, and incident management
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language
