- Senior Engineering Background
- Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in Swift and experience with mobile development (iOS/Android)
- AI Mindset: Proactive approach to using AI tools (LLMs) to solve engineering problems
- Problem Solver: Ability to look at a high productivity environment and propose: 'How do we reduce human intervention in the review process?'
- Quality Advocate: Experience with automated testing, code reviews, and maintaining high standards for pipeline stability
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English skills.
