We are looking for a technical professional with solid experience and strategic vision to lead the evolution and architecture of digital products in the financial sector. As a Digital Solutions Architect / Technical Lead, you will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and resilient solutions that drive digital transformation, collaborating closely with Product Owners, architects, and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in backend / frontend development and software architecture, preferably in the financial sector or fintech.
• Solid knowledge of databases, design patterns, security, transactions, and distributed systems.
• Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices, CI / CD, observability, and auditing.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage complex projects.
• Exceptional communication skills to simplify technical concepts and align multidisciplinary teams.
• Proactive mindset, result-oriented, with passion for technology and continuous improvement.
