Experto Funcional IT - Sector Bancario

We are looking for a Senior Functional IT Expert with solid experience in banking transactional architecture to participate in the implementation and evolution of a Transactional Switch within a major financial institution.

Requirements

• Document functional and non-functional requirements, flowcharts, and implementation guides in English
• Lead the extraction and modeling of Transactional Switch processes
• Define flows for payments, transfers, authorizations, and reversals
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Manage technical risks and dependencies between systems
• Participate in continuous improvement and stabilization initiatives of critical platforms
• Collaborate in projects related to Payment Hub when applicable
• +4 years of experience in the banking sector
• Experience in implementing or evolving Transactional Switches, Payment Hub, or core financial systems
• +3 years of experience in operational processes for monetary transactions
• 4+ years in functional or technical leadership roles in IT projects
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Solid knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC) and end-to-end quality practices
• Experience in regulated or high-criticality environments (ideal financial sector)
• Experience working under Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban)
• Management of tools such as Jira
• Intermediate English for technical documentation creation and understanding
