Requirements
- Reports to the General Manager
- 1–2 years of leadership experience in a restaurant or similar guest-facing role
- Experience building or influencing a strong team culture
- Self-managing, identifying problems, and taking action to improve outcomes
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe Manager certification (or willingness to complete)
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
