Requirements
- Reports to the General Manager
- Builds sales, manages profit and loss, and manages team performance
- Maintains a clean, safe, and functional environment
- Supports restaurant-specific goals and budgets
- Coaches and leads high-performing individuals
- Comfortable with change and problem-solving
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ServSafe Manager certification (or willingness to complete during onboarding)
