We are seeking a Field Service Technician to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a Service Technician, you will provide top-notch customer care and perform diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and dealer-owned copier equipment.
Requirements
- Mechanically inclined
- Extremely reliable and trustworthy
- Excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to manage service calls that require more time than anticipated
- Superb customer service skills and ability to diagnose and solve problems
