Senior Implementation Engineer

DexCare is looking for a Senior Implementation Engineer to perform technical implementation activities following a customer sale. The primary responsibility of this role is to configure the core services of the DexCare solution.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields (or equivalent experience) plus at least 5-7 years of experience in an implementation engineering role
• Advanced analytic, problem solving, and leadership skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs, and translate them into technology
• Effective communicator and collaborator across internal and external teams
• Advanced understanding of Python and SQL programming
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server and/or Oracle)
• Experience with Atlassian Product Suite and other project management systems (Confluence, SmartSheet, SalesForce, etc.)
• Experience working with Cloud Platform Services, such as MSFT Azure or Amazon AWS, with working knowledge of APIs to interface 3rd Parties
